When will my poster order arrive?
Unframed Posters
USPS Air Mail (2-3 weeks)
Express (1-2 Business Days/signature required)
Please note: Some couriers WILL NOT ship to a PO Box. If you want to ship to a PO Box, you will need to choose AIR MAIL. We cannot ship internationally (outside Canada/USA) to PO Boxes
Framed / Mounted posters
Framed posters are all shipped via ground delivery, and will arrive in approximately 3-5 weeks from date that the order is placed. There are no additional shipping fees for Framed, Plak or Canvassed posters. The price you see on the framed poster, on the title page, includes shipping. Please note this is only applicable to contiguous USA and Canada, extra costs will be associated if in PR, HI, AK.
How will my framed poster be shipped to me?
We send all of our framed posters by UPS or Fedex Ground. This service typically takes 3-5 weeks. .
What is a shipping discount?
If a discount code you entered is valid and refers to a shipping discount, it means you are eligible for a free or a discounted shipping rate for select predetermined shipping options. Since shipping methods depend on your specific shipping information, the qualifying discount options will be displayed and applied to your total order value only upon login or at the registration stage of the checkout process.
What is your international/overseas shipping policy?
We ship with Fedex for all International/Overseas orders. All Fedex options are insured, though conditions may apply. If your shipment does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us by email at comment@movieposters.com. Also, it is important to note that all customs and VAT fees incurred by your home country are your responsibility however we will always declare the lowest value possible on all international orders.
What does 'Business Day' mean?
Business day is any regularly scheduled WEEK DAY (Monday through Friday) between 9am and 5pm. ALL statutory holidays or holidays where shipping companies (ie FedEx) do not schedule pick-ups, will NOT be counted as a Business Day. To be clear, Canada will have different holidays than the USA in some circumstances.
Do I have to be at home to receive the posters?
If you have us ship by courier, it is best to provide a residential address where someone is home or a business address where someone can sign or receive it. We know that this is not always possible, so the courier may leave it in a place at your home if they feel it is secure enough. Or they may leave a notice for you to pick up your parcel at a designated depot/facility. Another option: If the package requires a signature for delivery (all expedited deliveries) and you are not going to be at the delivery location, you can leave a signed note stating you take responsibility for the package being left at the door.
I'm in Toronto, can I pick up in your store?
YES! Place your order online (or just come in and browse) and you can choose In Store Pick up as your delivery option. Oh and IT'S FREE!!

What does 'Drop Shipping' mean?
We don't carry these posters in our warehouse and are special order items. They are shipped separately by mail.
All orders including these items from outside USA will garner an additional waiting period before shipping of approximately 1-2 weeks.
